Oh my… that’s gorgeous… so beautifully ambient, and hauntingly spare

This song sounded enchanting!!! I wanted to hear more and more! You know some songs you hear – they start off and it’s pretty predictable. This song was not!!

‘You Don’t Know’ is visceral and moving. The subject seemed exposed, vulnerable and fragmented. It felt like an exploration into a mind left wanting – searching for solace in a dark world.

Want to know about Susie? Here’s what she said…
What would life be like without music? Flat; colourless; unbearable.
Piano keys reached out for me at age five and have embraced me tight ever since. I began playing publicly in my teens, way back when. In more recent years, life pushed me to the proverbial edge and songwriting caught me on the way down. Life, thanks to music, is certainly not flat or colourless and in writing songs, I hope to do my part to make it more than just bearable for us all.
But here’s a question…why do lyrics whisper most loudly at 1 a.m.?!?
‘Basement Bungalow’ is gorgeous. Got me in the feels!
